**Your role:** + Researching targeted accounts in your territory to understand their business challenges, critical metrics, issues, goals, and growth strategy, to develop a Philips objective and strategy for your accounts. + Collaborating with your team comprised of District Sales VP, Account Executives and Specialists, to create a detailed account strategy for each account in your assigned territory. + Articulately presenting our Philips Health Informatics strategy, while building, cultivating and leveraging relationships in your targeted accounts. Driving and uncovering net new business opportunities within your territory. + Being the Trusted Advisor within your targeted key accounts by providing insights on industry trends, competitive landscape information, healthcare legislation, etc., to assist these customers in reaching their goals. + Identifying a strong funnel of growth potential by analyzing competitive replacement targets, account standardization plans, targeted accounts current contracts, accounts needs and strategies. Understanding our solutions and leveraging our install base to execute a strategic plan to grow the Philips imaging informatics (EI) footprint. **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 5+ years of Hospital/IDN Field Sales experience calling on C-level executives. Enterprise Imaging Informatics knowledge is preferred. + Your skills include: + Strong understanding of Enterprise Imaging Informatics (HIT) market, trends, value-based healthcare trends, etc. + Experience leading account teams and influencing a team without direct authority. + Proven track record selling into accounts characterized by a complex sales cycle with multiple decision makers. + You have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position. + You’re an outstanding communicator, have strong customer follow-up and a demonstrated aptitude for selling diverse IT portfolio solutions. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $260,500 to $306,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
