  • Renal Care Knowledge: Familiarity with renal, chronic kidney disease, or dialysis care is crucial.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively engage with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Technological Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using telehealth technologies.

Qualifications

  • Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active RN License.
